Misty Harbor is a quaint little subdivision nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Knoxville, Tennessee. With access to Melton Hill Lake, Misty Harbor offers year round water activities including water skiing, boating, and fishing.

Annual dues are currently $15.00 per year. Dues are due by March 15th of the current year. The Homeowners Association is now accepting dues online via PayPal. Please consider using the subscription payment plan to ensure your prompt payment of your Homeowner Association dues.
